    Some of the grounding meals that can be helpful for you to take and can be prepared easily or are easily available in the market are Khichdi, Veg soup, grounding root vegetables, warm porridge or oats with spices like cinnamon and cardamom, which helps in digestion, squashed sweet potatoes roasted with ghee, etc. These meals helps you create a sense of safety and stabilize the nervous system in you.
