Week 1:

Wake up around 6:30 AM.

Drink warm water with One tablespoon of ghee every morning.

Diet:

Week 2:

Yoga:

Try to do Bhujangasana every day.

Do Matsyasana daily.

Do Trikonasana daily.

Try to do Virabhadrasana.

Do light stretching and breathing asanas.

Week 4:
