■Non- alcoholic steatohepatsis,in which you have fat in your liver which have inflammation and liver cell damage. If it worses, it may lead to cirrhosis or even liver cancer.

What is alcoholic fatty liver disease : –

This condition is an early stage of liver damage caused by excessive alcohol intake. When the liver processes alcohol, it creates toxic byproducts that can harm liver cells, trigger inflammation, and reduce the body’s ability to protect itself. Over time, continued drinking increases the damage. If not addressed, this condition can develop into more severe forms of liver disease, such as alcoholic hepatitis or cirrhosis.

Symptoms of fatty liver disease :-

Fatty liver disease often doesn’t show clear signs in the beginning. But as it develops, some common symptoms can
include:
Feeling tired even after rest

A dull pain or heavy feeling on the right side of the belly Unexplained weight loss
Not feeling hungry or skipping meals Feeling weak or low on energу

an ultrasound might be used to look for fat buildup in the liver.
In some cases, more advanced imaging-such as a CT scan or MRI-may be needed for a clearer picture. Another useful test is a FibroScan, which checks for liver stiffness or
scarring. If more detailed information is required, a liver biopsy might be performed.
Most of the time, simple tests like blood work and an ultrasound are enough to find out if you have fatty liver disease.

Treatment for the fatty liver disease:-

Presently there is no specific medication for fatty liver disease, but it can be reversible especially in early stages by changing your lifestyle. Here are some ways to treat it:

■ Eating healthy is very important. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid oily food, sugary drinks, junk foods.
■Losing excess weight can help reduce fat in the liver, and even a small amount of weight loss can lead to significant improvement.
■ Being active every day is also helpful. Try to do at least 30 minutes of walking, yoga, or any other exercise you enjoy.
■ If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, keeping them under control will also help your liver. You should avoid consumption of alcohol.
■There is no single medicine that cures fatty liver disease, but your doctor may give you vitamins or other treatments if needed. With regular check-ups and a healthy lifestyle, fatty liver disease can improve and even go away over time
